Paternity: Support
We understand that the journey to parenthood can be complex, and partners may also experience emotional challenges, loss, or trauma during pregnancy or after birth. If you are affected by a difficult situation, please know that support is available. We encourage you to speak with your line manager or HR, who can help you access compassionate support, including time off, counselling through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), and any other resources you may need. Your wellbeing matters, and we are here to support you through every step.
